CLEANBIZ COMMITMENT DECLARATION
The business sector in Iceland, Norway and Portugal is asked to contribute to decrease corruption and promote human rights and sustainable development through actively supporting the implementation and enforcement of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.
Corruption prevents the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the full implementation of Human Rights.
I, the undersigned, declare, on behalf of my company, the commitment to human rights and sustainable development through the enforcement of corporate social responsibility principles aimed at preventing and combating bribery and illegal and unethical competitive practices in international trade.
In our company, corruption, that is, the misappropriation of public funds for private gain, is intolerable, and that is why we are committed not to pay bribes, at home and abroad.
In addition, we will do everything possible to ensure that we have internal policies and procedures capable of guaranteeing that the employees at our service, as well as our business partners, understand and comply with the international anti-corruption and anti-bribery standards by providing them with guidelines and training.
